At SWFT, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Gear
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are still attached to maintain eligibility.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
